Gray Belt Requirements

 

White Belt to Gray Belt - 4 to 7 years old.


For a White Belt to be promoted to the rank of Gray Belt the student needs to consistently train 3 times a week for a minimum of one year.

• The evaluation will be performed in a competition setting in which student’s performance will be evaluated by an instructor.

• One hand on grip defense

• Two hands on grip defense

• Defense from backpack grabbing

 

Yellow Belt Requirements

 

For a White or Gray Belt to be promoted to the rank of Yellow Belt the student needs to consistently train 3 times a week for a minimum of one year since the GREY BELT.
